Mark Martin Motors is 1.5 hrs away which was an initial concern but I could tell right away Mike has plenty of experience serving customers from out of town. He made the experience as simple as possible, sending pics and answering my questions about car history. He offered competitive financing which I did not use, and also offered a very competitive extended warranty that I purchased from MMM.

Very happy with my experience at Mark Martin Motors. I bagged a 2019 Manual Subaru BRZ (1.6k miles) at a price range, in which, all the other BRZ/GT86's had 30k miles on them or more. At first, I was suspicious of the circumstances … More (because car dealers tend to tell lies), only to do some of my own research and discover, that the back story the owner provided for the vehicle, was indeed honest and truthful. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to drive the car around, and it drives beautifully. One thing I liked, they were very hands off with the test drive. I was allowed to cold start the car, and take it out by myself, with no distractions. Mike Mierzejewski was attentive, personable, and helpful throughout the whole experience, and was instrumental in getting the low monthly payment that I was looking for, along with a pretty comprehensive warranty. I spent no time waiting around on a busy saturday. They pulled the advertisement the minute I decided to pursue the sale, and held the car for me. I do not drive trucks, which seems to be their main thing, but for what it's worth, I like these guys. I do not like the big corporate dealerships(and their exorbitant fees) that were my alternative.

I wasn’t ready to make a deal that day, so the rest of the transaction was handled through text messaging. There is no high pressure sales or haggling to deal with. Dustin was quick to respond to all of my questions and put together quotes for 3 different trucks. I selected one and they held it for me for 2 weeks while I secured cash for the transaction. When I went in for my scheduled appointment, it was quick. Another gentleman helped us out because Dustin was busy with another customer and it was clear they didn’t want to waste my time. My salesman Cody had all of the paperwork ready to go and didn’t … More waste any time. When I picked it up, I noticed cracked plastic on the front bumper which I didn’t see originally. The owner, Bobby immediately came out to look at it and replaced it for nothing. Their drivers picked my truck up at work, took it to their shop, and returned it back in the same day. I had my financing lined up already so that probably expedited the process. However, the test drive and transaction was done in about an hour and a half. The team as a whole was great.

I drove the 70 odd miles to Ephrata after seeing 2023 F150 Lariat in Avalanche Grey with Black Option posted on the website with less then 6000 miles. It was the Saturday of Labor Day Weekend and the dealership was busy. Robert the General … More Manager greeted me, handed me the keys and pointed in the direction of the truck. I did the test drive and commited to buying the vehicle with a handshake. I spoke to Cody on Tuesday confirming replacing the tires with a more aggressive looking set and the installation of a 2-inch leveling strut kit. I received the call on Thursday that the truck was ready. I applied for financing on their website. On Friday I completed the transaction in less than 20 minutes. Cody had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. There was absolutely no pressure at any tiime during the process. I bought what I wanted and nothing more. I would recommed to check the website when looking for a truck. It was worth the drive.

I was in the market for a newer used 2500 GM truck however had a very strict budget. I located a truck I liked, 2022 GMC AT4 HD at Mark Martin Motors. I called them to make sure the truck was available and scheduled a time to come look … More at it. When I arrived, they had it front and center at the main entry doors to the dealership for me to check out. I was immediately greeted by my sales rep, Cody Brullo. Cody was very professional. After my test drive I decided I wanted to buy the truck however knew it would be a long shot due to my budget restraints. Cody made the deal happen despite my budget restraints. Due to the mileage on the truck it was out of the factory warranty and I bought it “as is”. Then the very next day I noticed a warning on the dash, “parking sensor blocked, see owners manual”. I called Cody and he immediately put me in touch with the service manager stating that since he just sold me the truck they would absolutely fix it. He took extra pictures, videos and communication was great. The dealership there is different than what I’ve experienced in the past. It didn’t have that shady vibe you know extra fees. Another cool thing if your into it ….they have deer some cool taxidermy of deer, elk, and turkeys up on the walls. That was just a bonus while in there but the place is well worth checking out!
